An exceptional project
At the heart of Clermont-Ferrand (Puy-de-Dôme), this project is led by EIFFAGE Construction Auvergne.
This is one of the biggest real estate projects carried out at the very heart of a city in France. Spanning 75 000 m²,this centre will comprise residential units, cinemas, offices, student residences, and tourist facilities. It will also contain a shopping centre.
Alphi works on the basement, the special extra-high shoring, and the superstructure of the office, hotel, and social housing area. It has deployed 1 000 m² of shoring towers and 2 000 m² of TopDalle formwork, one of Alphi's flagship products in terms of personnel safety and productivity.
The Grand Carré de Jaude project is due to last three years, for delivery in the second half of 2013.
