Usage

Versatile, the TopDalle Eco+ system is suitable for all types of construction projects: office buildings, residential complexes, nursing homes, hospitals, and correctional facilities.

It adapts to complex layouts and all technical requirements, including:

slab formwork,
installation of precast slabs,
beam forming.

TopDalle Eco+ is compatible with all generations of Alphi formwork systems.

TopDalle Eco+ formwork, designed by the R&D Department of Alphi, complies with the decree of September 2004 concerning falls from height, and satisfies the NF E 85-014 and NF X 35-109 standards concerning the risks of tripping, slipping, and falling objects, as well as the manual handling of loads.
The work area is secured by full-surface Eco+ panels, preventing falls from height and the risk of tripping, slipping, or falling objects.

Installation and removal of Eco+ panels is performed from ground level  
With theTop Perche, the formwork is set up and removed from ground level (no need for the rolling safety ladder).

Increased stability 
The multi-support areas of the Eco+ panel, the continuous support extendable beam combined with the corner beam, provide optimum stability.

Ecology

Low-carbon formwork
Designed to reduce CO₂ emissions, the Eco+ panel is made from 75% recycled aluminium and is ASI (Aluminium Stewardship Initiative) certified.

Its carbon footprint is limited to 2.3 kg of CO₂ per kg of aluminium, compared to an average of 10.8 kg in France. It is 100% recyclable.

Short supply chains
Alphi’s production model prioritizes French industry players. All transport is limited to within the national territory, with suppliers located less than 460 km away.

Fewer trucks on the road
The Eco+ panel has been optimized with a reduced thickness and a shape designed for efficient stacking. This improves truck loading by 15%, reducing the number of deliveries required.

Easy stripping
The drophead with integrated quick-release system, built into the technical support (patented Alphi system), allows the slab to remain shored during stripping. This speeds up the rotation of the aluminium structure.

Continuous surface
Working on a full surface makes movement above the formwork easier and safer. The continuous adjustment of the extendable primary beam and the angled secondary beam enables precise positioning near the edge of the formwork bay.

User-friendly design
Installation is simplified thanks to the joined Eco+ panels. At the end of a bay, the Eco+ panel spacing can be adapted to the layout by leaving a 10 cm gap.

Easy identification
Colored end caps allow quick identification of Eco+ panel lengths.
