Universal beam formwork
Alphi Universal Beam Formwork is designed for the construction of beams, stringers, parapet risers, and low walls.
Versatile, simple, and quick to install, CPU is available in three panel lengths and three panel heights.
CPU
- Modular CPU formwork is suitable for all types of construction sites: industrial buildings, parking lots, housing, etc.
- CPU allows you to work at the bottom of narrow and deep excavations.
- Two modes of use: prefabrication and in-situ casting.
- No crossbar (≤ H 0.8 m).
- Adjustable width: from 8 to 80 cm.
- 3 heights: 0.60 - 0.80 and 1.00 m.
- 3 lengths: 1.25 - 2.50 and 5.00 m.
- When assembled, CPUs can form a single piece up to 20 ml.
- Steel or stainless steel formwork skin.
- Self-stable and self-squaring.
- Formwork removal in two simple steps: loosen the rods, then lift to allow the panels to separate automatically.
- The speed of CPU implementation allows for high productivity with two rotations per day.
- Handling: the CPU is moved by crane in a single block.
