Carré Hugo - Villefranche-sur-Saône (69)
Located in Villefranche-sur-Saône, 30 minutes from Lyon, the Carré Hugo residence is being built in a vibrant neighbourhood, and contains dwellings, restaurants and offices. Carré Hugo occupies an enviable position opposite the new multimodal transport hub and near many shops and services. The 70 dwellings constitute a durable and contemporary residence providing optimum convenience. Vinci Construction asked Alphi to make the floors.
The operation
The plan is to construct three new buildings: Two residential buildings, with ground floor plus four storeys, and one office block with ground floor plus two storeys above two basement levels.Cast-in-situ slabs were chosen for the floors.
TopDalle: modular and lightweight
The adaptabilityof the TopDalle formwork system allows all the different layout configurations to be achieved, particularly in terms of height.Its light weight and modularity make it a particularly suitable product for residential construction projects.
Benjamin Chabot says:
"We decided to work with Alphi on this project because of the positive feedback from colleagues who had used TopDalle and were happy with it. This was my first time working directly with Alphi, and it went very well. I was also pleased with the presence of Maxence Tribout, the Alphi Sales Manager for this project. He made himself available for "Safety Week", organised by Vinci, which had one day devoted to promoting awareness in partners and subcontractors."
